Javier Nuno claims he worked for the the Cash Money Records label boss from September, 2012 to February, 2015 and was supposed to be paid a monthly salary of $4,000 (£2,500).

In the lawsuit obtained by TheJasmineBrand.com, Nuno claims his hourly rate was $25 (£15.63) for a 40-hour work week, but he worked in excess of 30 hours of overtime each week.

Nuno claims he was not paid for his overtime work and also did not receive compensation for his regular work.

He is seeking $354,750 (£221,719) in unpaid wages and damages.

Birdman has not responded to the lawsuit.

This isn't the only cash-based lawsuit Williams is facing - producer DVLP claims he is owed $200,000 (£125,000) for his contribution to albums for the label's artists, including rapper Lil Wayne.

He is also embroiled in a bitter legal battle with Lil Wayne, who has accused the label boss of owing him millions of dollars in royalties for his delayed album Tha Carter V.
