Liam Gallagher doesn't know what Spotify is.
The Beady Eye frontman is oblivious to the popular music streaming service and says he prefers vinyl records which ''changed his life''.
The 41-year-old star can even remember the first one he bought and the sequence of events on that day.
He told XFM radio station: ''Listening to it on vinyl is always for me. I don't even know what Spotify is. The first vinyl I ever bought, it really changed my life, got me into music was the Stone Roses album. I remember I bought it in Mr Sifters in Burnage. And then I bought a Greggs pasty right after it. And a big bag of weed. I know exactly what I did that day.''
Liam was catapulted to the spotlight in the 90s with Oasis alongside his brother Noel - whom he has an ongoing fued with.
Noel, 46, is adamant the band won't reconcile under any circumstances.
Probed about the possibility of a reunion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Oasis' classic debut album, 'Definitely Maybe', Noel previously replied: ''We are split up. You've heard that, haven't you? You must've heard. Yeah, so, ergo, band splits up, band is no more. There is no band. So, no, I won't be getting involved, anyway. If there is a reunion, I won't be in it.''
Asked whether he was annoyed about being asked, he joked: ''No, I only answer about six a day, so it's under control. I understand people will never stop asking until it happens. I know that that's how it goes.''
Sheffield's very own all girl group Pretty Fierce are still on a high after the recent release of their debut single - 'Ready For Me'.
Three nights before the end of his current tour Will Varley returned to his home town of Deal to delight a sold out crowd in The Astor Theatre.
