The Great Gatsby star, who appears on the list for the first time this year, has amassed pieces from the world's leading artists including Jean-Michel Basquiat, Pablo Picasso and Takashi Murakami.

He is also active in the art world, making appearances at Art Basel in Switzerland and Miami and co-chairing the annual Art + Film Gala Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

DiCaprio is donating a large-scale solar installation by artist John Gerrard to the organisation.
