Outspoken rockers Lemmy and Justin Hawkins have called a truce on their feud - after meeting for peace talks in Los Angeles.

The two men were locked in a bitter argument after it was reported Lemmy called Hawkins' group The Darkness "a novelty act".

Furious Justin retaliated by banning Lemmy from performing with support act The Wildhearts on the Darkness's recent American tour.

But after the gig, the warring pair met up at LA's RAINBOW BAR AND GRILL for a chat and soon became friends.

One onlooker says, "Lemmy told Justin he had nothing against the Darkness - and that he never said those comments.

"By the end of the night they were great mates and shared a bottle of Scotch."
