Leann Rimes was forced to postpone a show on Friday after suffering from a "massive infection." The country star was eventually forced to visit ER early on Sunday as a result of what she called "dental issues."

The singer, who recently completed a 30-day stint in rehab to deal with stress and anxiety, told Twitter followers that she was "under anesthesia and a massive infection," adding, "I feel like I got hit in my right side of my face with a baseball bat :( NOT a good feeling when I am getting on a plane. For all my fans at Wendover last night, the show will be rescheduled, not a canceled show. WORST way ever to kick off a tour." Rimes managed to perform at the Autry Museum at Griffith Park in Los Angeles on Saturday evening, though visited ER at 3am on Sunday, blogging, "Feeling much better now, thanks to my husband's best friend who's an ER doc. I've been living in a dental nightmare for 10 months. I'm getting back on track though, I hope. I've had too many detours this year due to dental issues. I'm finally in great hands and being well taken care of. Last night was wonderful, performing to help raise money for the Autry Museum and earlier in the day performing a few songs to help raise money for the cats and dogs at living-free.org Needless to say, I'm resting today."

Though Rimes mentioned husband Eddie Cibrian in her post, E! Online reports that the 39-year-old was spotted out in Los Angeles on Monday, minus his wedding ring. Oh Oh.
