Lamar Odom is living in a hotel to avoid his wife's reality TV show.

While the basketball player and his wife Khloe Kardashian have been the subject of speculation about the state of their marriage, after he was reported to have cheated on her, they are living apart only while Khloe films 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' with her family, according to People magazine.

A source added to HollywoodLife: ''He is living in a hotel but not all the time. It is definitely strange but it works for them. They are so in love so it doesn't really make sense to everyone but he says he really just wants space.''

Khloe's mother Kris Jenner previously denied her 29-year-old daughter was preparing to file for divorce from Lamar, 33, and friends say the couple are even planning to renew their wedding vows.

The pal said: ''When they took their vows, they meant it,. They're in it for the long run and they [will] stand by each other until the end.''
