The North American leg of pop star Lady GaGa's tour got off to a rough start on Friday (11Jan13) when she accidentally tore open a seam in her pants.

The singer kicked off the latest part of her Born This Way Ball tour in Vancouver, Canada and while showing off her moves for the sold-out crowd during a performance of Heavy Metal Lover, her Versace latex bodysuit burst, exposing her backside.

Ever the professional, Gaga continued with her routine, making light of the wardrobe malfunction as she climbed aboard her motorcycle set piece, giving fans a close-up of her bottom.

And the 26 year old, who has been teased recently for reportedly gaining 25 pounds (11 kilograms), didn't let the fashion mishap ruin her night - in a later post on Twitter.com, she wrote, "Tonights Vancouver show. Im still up I can't sleep I had so much fun.You were such a passionate crowd (sic)."
