Lady GaGa is in mourning following the death of her godfather.
The pop superstar took to her Twitter.com page on Friday (27Jul12) to tell her fans of her loss.
The Poker Face singer doesn't name her beloved godfather, but instead posted a picture of him holding her when she was a baby.
In the accompanying caption, she writes, "My godfather died yesterday, sweet man I love him. That's me, just a lil baby in his arms. Buono note (good night)."
