Kylie Minogue has shown off her famous backside once again in a new spoof advertisement for body insurance. The Australian singer's pert bottom has been a talking point for well over a decade now, after she flaunted it in tiny gold hot pants for her Spinning Around music video way back 2000. It would appear that interest in her rear padding hasn't waned after all these years, and so she has unveiled her bottom again in a cheeky clip for the insurers.
The black-and-white video, filmed by British artist Katerina Jebb for her Simulacrum and Hyperbole series, shows Minogue strutting in slow motion across a room wearing a flowing white gown. Staring seductively into the camera, the Australian singing sensation then turns around to reveal that the dress has no back, before climbing a marble staircase as a voiceover asks, "Are your assets fully covered? Protect and cover the things that are most dear to you. Don't wait until tomorrow. Beautiful Body of London."
Minogue is currently stepping back into the limelight with the news that the singer is releasing a series of sessions recorded at the famous Abbey Road Studios, to mark her 25th year in entertainment. The sessions consist of some of the singer's classic songs, performed with the additional backing of an orchestra.
