Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has assured fans she is set to continue making music after false reports suggested she has split from her longtime record label.

The Spinning Around star was said to have parted ways with Parlophone following disappointing sales of her 12th studio album, Kiss Me Once, which was released in March (14).

However, Minogue has now reached out to fans to assure them the story is not true.

She writes in a post on her Twitter.com page, "Whoaahhh... @parlophone!! According to 'sources' we r (are) 'breaking up'!... Not true. Exciting times ahead!... #LOVEu4Eva (sic)."
