Kristin Cavallari is doing everything she can to get pregnant.

The former 'The Hills' star, who already has a 14-month-old son, Camden, with her husband Jay Cutler, is desperate to welcome a new addition to their family next year.

The 26-year-old shoe designer told Chicago radio station WCIU on Friday (11.10.13): ''We're working on it. We're doing all the necessary things to get pregnant.''

Although she wants more children, Kristin admitted she is rethinking the amount.

She said: ''It's funny because before we had Camden, I was like, 'Yeah four kids, no problem!' but now I'm like 'Jay, it's a lot of work!' We might have another one and then see how it goes. If it's a boy, then maybe try for a girl.''

The blonde beauty previously revealed she and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay, 30, want their children to be close in age.

She previously said: ''Yeah, sooner rather than later. And I would love to have a little girl, but if I had another boy, that would be great too.''

The ex reality TV star married Jay in a low-key ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee, in June.
