Kourtney Kardashian doesn't want Scott Disick to do ''anything stupid''.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has reportedly refrained from asking her lawyer to issue any legal documents to the 32-year-old model - with whom she has Mason, five, Penelope, three and six-month-old Reign - because she knows he's ''so far gone''.

A source said: ''Her attorney is ready, though, and it is just a matter of time.

''Kourtney knows that Scott is so far gone right now that she doesn't want to provoke him to do anything stupid.''

The source also revealed that the 36-year-old beauty ''kicked'' Scott out of the house because of his addiction and substance abuse.

The insider added to RadarOnline.com: ''Scott is a total mess right now and that is why she kicked him out. His addiction destroyed them.''

Meanwhile, Scott is said to be ''fuming'' with Kourtney and the Kardashian family as he alleges it was him who dumped her.

A source shared: ''Scott is fuming that Kourtney's camp is leaking stories that she was the one that ended the relationship. Scott is telling friends that he ended the relationship weeks ago!

''He wouldn't have been photographed with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, if they were still together.''
