The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star shared an image of herself and sisters Kim and Kourtney which included text saying, "The only KKK to ever let black men in.” Khloe then captioned the image, ‘True’.

The post gained over 405,000 likes and 26,000 comments in around two hours, but not everybody was sharing Khloe’s joke.

Many users branded the post insensitive and racist and vented in the comments section. The Daily Mail reports than one user who goes by the name ‘firstname_georgina’, commented, 'This isn't funny at all. Why make jokes about a group that terrorised and still terroises my people. You're a clown for this. Very disrespectful and disgusting for this. A joke.’

The image was also reposted by Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend, Scott Disick, who added “And a Jew”, referencing his own background.

Khloe has since removed the post and offered an explanation of sorts with another image which read, We’re all equally f***ked up, some only hide it better.”
