Khloé Kardashian is ''the best of friends'' with Scott Disick.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty didn't always get along with the 32-year-old star, who was recently dumped by her older sister Kourtney Kardashian, 36, after he was spotted partying with LA stylist Chloe Bartoli, 25, in the South of France, but thinks ''he tries'' to be a good person.
Speaking about Scott in an interview conducted shortly before the split, she said: ''We're the best of friends. But what's crazy is how much I hated him before. Overall I love his progression and growth.
''You can't deny how much he loves Kourtney. And I do think he tries. We're very much involved in each other's lives.''
Scott, who has sparked concern for his welfare in recent months due to his hard partying, split from Kourtney, with whom he has three children, Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign, seven months, earlier this month after 10 years of dating, but recently insisted he is fine.
He said: ''[I'm] just taking it one day at a time. With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself.''
Meanwhile, Khloé claims her other older sister Kim Kardashian West, 34, is much calmer with rapper husband Kanye West, 38, in comparison to when she was married to ex-husband Kris Humphries.
The 30-year-old star told the August/September issue of Complex magazine: ''Kim and I are way more understanding of each other, but Kim being married to Kanye [West] is a completely different Kim. Kim is so at peace with herself. At my own wedding, I was so calm. At the Humps' wedding, Kim was crazy. Then I saw her at her wedding to who I always said should be her husband, and she was so calm. No one else in the world could have the conversations that those two have.''
