Khloé Kardashian called herself the ''fat, funny one'' in the family.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has revealed she used to use the derogatory term to describe herself in comparison to sisters Kim and Kourtney as she wanted to beat her critics ''to the punch'' despite not believing it was true.

She shared: ''I never looked at myself as the fat sister. Sometimes I would beat people to the punch and say, 'Oh I'm the fat, funny one,' because that's what people would say about me. But I never really thought that.''

And the 31-year-old beauty - who is sporting a much slimmer frame now than in the past - has admitted she was unhealthy before.

She explained to Complex magazine: ''Looking back, I do believe I was unhealthy, but at the time I really thought that that was as skinny as I was going to get. You know, everyone's like, 'You're big boned.' I have childbearing hips.

''Even my producer ... who's been with me since Season 1 [of the family's E! reality show], which was nine years ago, she said, 'This is the best I've ever seen you look,' and it feels so good to finally like get to a place that I never even thought I could be.''
