New allegations of sexual harassment have been mounting against Spacey, including from filmmaker Tony Montana.
New allegations of sexual harassment against Kevin Spacey have emerged from a number of men, following the headline-grabbing accusation made by actor Anthony Rapp last week.
American filmmaker Tony Montana has claimed that he was groped by Spacey at the Coronet Bar in Los Angeles in 2003, according to an article by Radar Online published on Tuesday (October 31st).
“I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me,” Montana told the interviewer, saying that the ‘House of Cards’ actor had entered the establishment with a group of friends while he was editing a documentary. “He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar. He put his hand on my crotch forcefully and grabbed my whole package.”
Spacey, now 58, apparently intoxicated, then told Montana: “This designates ownership.”
Allegations against Kevin Spacey have been mounting since last week
“I put my hand down and turned his thumb back to get his hand off it,” Montana said. “I paid for my drink and got away from him.”
The alleged incident didn’t stop there, however, as Spacey then followed him to the restroom. “I backed him out the door and I pushed him,” Overnight director Montana remembered. “One of his friends was in line and I said, ‘It’s time to take your boy home. ‘They all ended up leaving.’”

“I never talked to anyone about it except for therapists,” the filmmaker said. “I had PTSD for six months after. It was an emasculating thing for someone to do to me. Whenever I went to the bar I would see if he was there or have my back against the wall.”
Similar incidents regarding Spacey are alleged to have happened while the two-time Oscar winner was the artistic director at London’s legendary The Old Vic between 2004 and 2015.
Mexican actor Roberto Cavazos, who acted in several plays at the theatre, claimed in a Facebook post that Spacey “routinely preyed” on young male actors. “It seems the only requirement was to be a male under the age of 30 for Mr Spacey to feel free to touch us,” Cavasos wrote.
All of this follows the allegations made last week by actor Anthony Rapp, who claimed that Spacey sexually harassed him and tried to “seduce” him when he was just 14 years old.
Production has since halted on Spacey’s hit Netflix series ‘House of Cards’, and he will no longer be the recipient of a planned special Emmy award later this year.
