Kelsey Grammer has yet to sign the final divorce papers to end his marriage to his ex-wife Camille, despite exchanging vows with his fourth wife Kayte Walsh last year (11).

The former Frasier star left Camille in 2010 after meeting and falling in love with Walsh, and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular filed legal papers to end their 13-year union in July that year.

The marriage was officially declared over on 10 February, 2011, allowing the Tv star to wed his new partner days later, but Camille reveals the former couple has not finalised every aspect of its legal split.

During an appearance on U.S. talk show Anderson Live, which aired on Tuesday (11Dec12), she explained, "For the most part, I thought they (the divorce details) were done because we came to agreement basically on everything and then I kept getting emails every other week from his lawyers that he wanted to keep changing things...

"On my end, I said, 'Ok, I agree to all of this,' but he keeps making changes. So I feel that, at this point, he is prolonging the process."

Camille insists she is desperate to move on from the court wrangle and is now pleading with Grammer: "Release me! Set me free! You're married; you have a child. We are going to meet before a judge again very soon, so hopefully this time it will be over."

The reality Tv star also claims the actor has not handed over any spousal or child support and reveals Grammer, who welcomed a daughter with Walsh in July (12), has banned her name from his house and refuses to talk to her directly. As a result, the former couple is reduced to communicating through their legal representatives to discuss parenting issues with their two kids, spending a fortune in the process.

She said, "It's very difficult to co-parent with someone who won't speak to you, text you or email you. He doesn't speak to me at all. So it's very, very difficult because I've reached out to him. I think it's very important to be amicable to raise children and he refuses to. There's just so much I can do at this point."

However, Camille is hopeful their relationship will one day be an amicable one, adding: "I mean, we were best friends and I miss my best friend. It would be nice... just for us to get along, for the sake of our children."
