Kelly Osbourne thinks Hilary Duff has a ''perfect family''.

The 'Fashion Police' host ran into Hilary taking a stroll through Los Angeles with her husband MIKE COMRIE and their 17-month-old son Luca and she couldn't believe how cute the trio looked.

Revealing their unexpected meeting on Twitter, Kelly said: ''I ran into @HilaryDuff ... talk about a beautiful family! Her son and husband are lets just say ... perfect! (sic)''

Kelly was also busy on Monday (19.08.13) having a series of meetings about her upcoming fashion line and she cannot wait to launch her range of clothes in a variety of sizes.

In other tweets, she revealed: ''In the best mood ever! Just had a meeting about my clothing line! Fingers crossed it will launch next fall!!!! I'm so bloody excited! Yes my sizes will range form 0-18 (sic)''

Perhaps Hilary wasn't as excited about bumping into Kelly as she did not reply to the star's tweet and the 'Lizzie McGuire' actress' own account has laid dormant about the impromptu hook-up.
