Kelly Osbourne says exercise is a ''fun part'' of her life.

The 'Fashion Police' star used to struggle with her weight until a stint on 'Dancing with the Stars' kick started a lifestyle overhaul which has led to her losing over 60 lbs.

Kelly, 28, insists she now loves working out and has urged people to ditch diets for exercise and sensible eating.

In an interview with In Touch Weekly magazine, she said: ''I made a life change and the weight loss was an amazing perk. I finally learned how to eat properly and I've found ways to make working out a fun part of my life, like getting my friends to do it with me! I do up to half an hour of cardio and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates - I mix it up. I try my best to work out five days a week but that doesn't always happen. Honestly it's just about eating right and working out.''

Kelly is careful about what types of food she eats but she does allow herself one day a week where she can eat whatever she wants.

She said: ''For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelette made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. ''Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I'll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat. But I do cheat, I have one cheat day a week where I eat whatever I want.''
