British model/actress Kelly Brook is engaged to David Mcintosh after a whirlwind romance, according to a U.K. report.

Brook began dating MCIntosh, a former star of British Tv show Gladiators, after reportedly meeting him at a New Year's Eve (31Dec13) party. They are said to have split in February (14) only to reconcile again in March (14).

British newspaper The Sun now reports the pair is engaged to be married after an 11-week romance, with a source saying, "It's still a closely guarded secret and came to Kelly as a massive shock. But she is at that time in her life now where she wants to make a commitment and she has fallen head over heels for David... She didn't have to think for long - about three seconds."

Brook appeared to hint at the news on Thursday (20Mar14) in a message posted on her Twitter.com account, writing, "International Day of Happiness... it certainly is."

This will not be the first time Brook has prepared to walk down the aisle - she was reportedly due to marry action movie star Jason Statham until they split in 2004. She was later engaged to actor Billy Zane before they parted ways in 2008.
