Police were called to Katy Perry's California home on Wednesday night (16Mar11) after the star's security team spotted a suspicious man lurking outside the property.
The unidentified male was allegedly stood outside the Los Feliz house where Perry resides for two hours before the singer's team called the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officers arrived at the property and ordered the man to leave the site, according to Tmz.com.
Perry was not in the house at the time - she's in Europe on tour.
