Katie Price has told her ex-boyfriend she misses him.

The former glamour model married Kieran Hayler following a whirlwind romance earlier this year but has remained in contact with Leandro Penna - who she dated for 21 months until October 2012 - though he doesn't think she is interested in reigniting their romance.

Leandro said: ''This year has been very strange. When she found out she was pregnant, Katie wrote to me and said she'd wanted to have children with me. There was a sense of resentment from her.

''She told me 20 days ago that she misses me. I know that she's happy with Kieran and isn't looking for anything romantic, but we were close for a long time. She asked when I would be back in London but I didn't reply.''

Leandro went on to blast Katie - who has four-month-old son Jett with Kieran, as well as three children from previous relationships - as ''very selfish'' and warned her new husband that she ''doesn't have feelings''.

He told heat magazine: ''I found Katie a very demanding, a very selfish person. That's going to wear you out.

''They married very fast and relationships take a lot of effort and you have to maintain them.''

Asked to give advice to Kieran, she added: ''You can't act based on your heart because she doesn't live like that - she always acts based on her head. I don't think she has feelings.''
