Katie Price says keeping her pregnancy private has been a game.

The 35-year-old star - who already has three children, 11-year-old son Harvey, from her relationship with soccer player Dwight Yorke, and son Junior, eight, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with Peter Andre - is currently expecting her first child with husband Kieran Hayler.

The former glamour girl, who is known for daring outfit choices, is hoping to prove that not everything she does is ''out there'' by keeping her pregnancy out of the public eye.

Quizzed about why she's been more private recently at the launch of her new fragrance Kissable in London yesterday (04.07.13), she told BANG Showbiz: ''I don't know, it's a game as well. Just goes to show that not everything I do is out there. When I look back at some of the shots I did (for other pregnancies) and the bump - oh my god! But then I am heavier this time.''

Although she has been secretive about her ''humongous'' baby bump, even managing to avoid being pictured in recent months with her tummy on display, she has revealed she and Kieran have picked out two names, hinting they could be having twins.

She previously said: ''For a boy and girl we've got Tinkerbell and Lorenzo.''

While her due date is still unknown Katie - who dressed as a giant pair of lips for the perfume launch - appears to be in the final stages of pregnancy and is expecting to give birth ''soon''.
