Rap heavyweight Kanye West is making another foray into film - the hip-hop star is reportedly working on a "movie companion" to his upcoming album.
The hitmaker's last record, 808s & Heartbreaks, featured a Spike Jonze-directed short, We Were Once a Fairytale.
West is set to release his fifth studio album Dark Twisted Fantasy on 16 November (10).
And according to MTV News, images from a film shoot that swept across the internet on Wednesday (01Sep10) are not for a typical music video.
The rapper hinted he was working on a special movie project last week (ends27Aug10), writing in a series of posts on his Twitter.com page: "Last day in Prague. We've shot some good stuff so far... really good... NO! I mean REALLY GOOD!"
He continued: "Just wrapped for the day. Been shooting 16 hour days... I'm so excited... It's like a child's delusions become reality!"
West has yet to release further details of the project, although he has commented on one bizarre published image, which shows him walking over to a waiting deer.
He tweeted: "On set of the movie. This doe just refuses to sit still... I told the deer... 'what would Bambi do?' & she looked at me like I was crazy."
