Kanye West's girlfriend Amber Rose is fuming over a spate of sick online rumours which suggested the hip-hip star died in a car crash.
The story exploded on social networking site Twitter.com and became the most popular topic of discussion on the website on Wednesday (21Oct09).
But the hoax has left Rose upset and angry.
She has fired back at the internet prankster in a series of posts on her own Twitter page. She writes, "This RIPKanyeWest topic is not funny and its NOT TRUE! He has people like myself and his family that love him very much. It's in extreme poor taste to have that as a trendy topic. It's totally disrespectful to make up a story like this. (We are) all human. And we all make mistakes and to say someone died cuz (sic) of a mistake is ridiculous. U (sic) wouldn't want someone to say that about u (sic) or someone u (sic) love. It's not funny."
The sick rumour comes weeks after West came under fire for ruining Taylor Swift's MTV Video Music Award win in September (09) when he stormed the stage and proclaimed the prize belonged to his pal Beyonce.
The hoax is the latest in a series of sick internet death pranks, which have targeted stars including George Clooney, Jeff Goldblum and Zach Braff.
