Kanye West Gave A Surprise Performance In Chicago, Illinois On Sunday (10may15) To Hype Up The Crowd As His Hometown Basketball Team Battled It Out In A Pivotal Playoff Game.
The rapper served as the pre-match line-up announcer for the contest between the Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers, introducing the players before the game at the United Center.
But he unexpectedly returned to the court during a first-quarter timeout to perform his latest single All Day which, according to the Bulls' official Twitter account, was not planned.
A short video of West on the court was posted, along with the caption, "When @kanyewest does an impromptu performance at the #Bulls game..."
West's presence at the game didn't help the team - the Bulls failed to win the match, which would've sent them to the NBA Eastern Conference finals if they had triumphed.
Meanwhile, West made up for not spending Mother's Day with his wife Kim Kardashian by filling the Brazilian hotel suite she is staying in with nearly 2,000 white roses.
Kardashian posted a photo of the impressive romantic gesture on Instagram.com, and added the caption, "I got to my room in Brazil and my amazing thoughtful husband had the sweetest note with a couple thousand roses covering my entire suite for Mothers Day! I'm so sad I'm so far away on this day but happy we celebrated yesterday! I love you baby & North soooo much!!!"
