Rapper Kanye West has landed at the top of celebrity cameo wishlist of the Game Of Thrones creators.

British actor Joe Dempsie, who plays Gendry in the hit fantasy show, has revealed that industry chiefs are eyeing the Stronger hitmaker for a royal role in the cult drama.

He tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "Kanye would have to be a king of some sort. Maybe he could bring Kim Kardashian along but I wouldn't want her to distract Kanye from the task at hand, which is to be the most booshy (snobby) king you'd ever seen."

If the Kanye casting ever comes off, he will join the likes of Coldplay drummer Will Champion and Snow Patrol frontman Gary Lightbody among the music stars who have had Game of Thrones cameos.
