Kanye West puts his daughter North before work.

The 'All Day' rapper - who is expecting a baby boy with his wife Kim Kardashian West - has revealed that his work meetings ''get scheduled around her [North]'' rather than the other way around.

Talking about fatherhood, Kanye told the new issue of Q magazine: ''While (Nori's) here in Europe I have to have six hours a day with her because otherwise I'll just work and she'll get scheduled around meetings. Instead, the meetings get scheduled around her.''

The hip hop superstar isn't going to let his success and busy working schedule get in the way of the precious time he has with North and wife Kim.

Kanye appreciates everything about his family and admits he still carries around a heavy burden about his mother Donda's death in 2007 from complications during cosmetic surgery.

Asked what he has had to sacrifice for success, Kanye - who will headline the Glastonbury Festival this weekend - revealed: ''My mom. If I had never moved to LA she'd be alive ... I don't want to go far into it because it will bring me to tears.''
