The Stronger hitmaker recruited his good friend Wilkerson to marry him and the reality TV star during their nuptials in Italy, and when the pastor needed a cover for his debut novel Sandcastle Kings, he turned to West for assistance.

The rapper, who briefly attended Chicago's American Academy of Art, opted for a simple design by painting the letters "sk" in black ink on an off-white background.

Wilkerson, Jr. tells People magazine he is pleased with the outcome, saying, "It’s clean, minimalistic, and simple, with big brush strokes. It’s exactly what I hoped it would be."

The pastor also reveals West was eager to help his friend out with his new venture, saying, "We chat every week about different things: clothes, design, music, architecture, Jesus. He's an amazing artist and designer, and with my first book coming out, I thought it would be fun for him to design the cover.

"I asked him if he wanted to do it, and he was all about it. He was really enthusiastic."
