Superstar couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian thrilled young fans last week (ends01Jul12) by paying a visit to a children's hospital in Los Angeles.
The reality TV socialite took her rapper beau along to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where she regularly volunteers to meet patients.
The pair happily posed for pictures with the sick children, and chatted at their bedsides. They also played games and got creative with several youngsters who were painting and drawing.
Taking to her Twitter.com to tell followers about the visit, Kardashian writes, "The kids there are so brave. They are smiling, sweet and happy despite their circumstances and being around them is truly inspiring.
"(Thanks to) all the incredible doctors and nurses at the Children's Hospital for all the hard work you do every day!"
