Rapper Kanye West and his reality TV star girlfriend Kim Kardashian have been hit with a bizarre lawsuit over their alleged allegiance with terrorist group Al-Qaeda.
Jonathan Lee Riches, who currently holds the Guinness World Record as The World's Most Litigious Man after filing more than 5,000 suits in the past eight years, launched a legal battle against the couple in West Virginia last week (21Jun12), claiming West and the 31 year old were "terrorists".
According to the filing, obtained by AllHipHop.com, Riches alleges, "On 6/17/2012 I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills and I stumbled upon the defendants who were all at a Al-Qaeda secret training camp."
Riches also accused the pair of burning the U.S. flag and stomping their feet on U.S. President Barack Obama's picture.
The fashion designer's family, Kris and Bruce Jenner, and her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, were also named in the suit.
A representative for the stars has not yet responded to the allegations.
