Kanye Sued Over Car Crash

Rapper Kanye West is being sued by a motorist who claims he was almost killed when the producer fell asleep at the wheel of his car.

West spent months recovering from injuries he suffered during the crash, which took place last year (02) - and now he's rapping about how it has changed his life on his debut release COLLEGE DROPOUT.

But the ROC-A-FELLA artist is being dragged back to the scene of the accident by the driver of the car he hit in Los Angeles.

The unidentified man claims West fell asleep while driving and veered into "the other lane". He also alleges that the rapper was "driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs".

The other driver was left with two broken legs after the crash.

Beverly Hills Police were called to the scene but no criminal charges have been filed.
