Bieber could be facing assault charges after reports that he headbutted a man who took a video of him playfighting with a friend at Serafina restaurant.
Legal troubles seem to be mounting for Justin Bieber with a second claim of violence to have surfaced in as many days, this time rumoured to have head-butted a guest at a pre-Grammys party in a Los Angeles restaurant last weekend.
TMZ reported that Bieber clashed with a man at chic restaurant Serafina in the early hours of Saturday morning (February 11th) while attending a gala thrown by his production partner Jason ‘Poo Bear’ Boyd. Apparently, the star became enraged when the man started filming a ‘play fight’ he was having with his friend Kyle Massey.

He confronted the man and insisted he delete the video, and when he refused the situation escalated and Bieber is said to have head-butted the rubbernecker. Police were called after another attendee rang 911, but the star was already gone by the time they showed up, with Bieber photographed ducking into Boyd’s SUV and making an exit.
The victim apparently does not want to press charges, but the police are nevertheless investigating a possible misdemeanour battery.

However, in a contrasting report, the owner of Serafina has played down the incident, saying that Bieber and his pal were merely play fighting. “We always have a pleasant experience with Mr Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina," the proprietor told TMZ in the same report.
It comes just a day after Bieber was named as the suspect in a brawl outside a downtown Cleveland hotel that took place back in the summer of 2016. A man came forward after eight months, having tried to settle up with Bieber outside of formal channels, claiming that the 22 year old got into a fight with him after the NBA Finals in the city back on June 8th.
Over the last couple of years, Bieber has been making an effort to tone down an image problem that had threatened to spiral out of control. He’s kept out of trouble with the law for the best part of twelve months, but these two reports in the space of a day may do damage to those efforts.
