Justin Bieber's lawyers are planning to press ahead with plans to sue the woman who accused the teenage superstar of fathering her baby, even though she has withdrawn her paternity suit.
Single mother Mariah Yeater, 20, alleged she fell pregnant with her now four-month-old son Tristyn after a backstage romp with Bieber following a Los Angeles concert last year (10).
The Baby hitmaker vehemently denied the allegations and agreed to submit to a Dna test to prove Yeater wrong as his representatives vowed to pursue legal action to "defend and protect" the 17-year-old star.
Yeater quietly dropped her paternity claims earlier this month (Nov11), but Bieber's team is not prepared to give up the fight to clear the teen's name.
Bieber's publicist Matthew Hiltzik tells Tmz.com, "We intend to still hold them (Yeater and her lawyers) accountable."
