Quite what possessed Bieber to think that an obviously fake wig and beard would render him incognito is beyond anybody's comprehension.
Justin Bieber has had his fans in stitches after he attempted a ridiculous disguise as he walked around the streets of Amsterdam this week in a fake beard, wig and moustache, hoping to remain incognito.
The 22 year old Canadian star was very quickly spotted as he was out and about in Dutch city on Friday (October 7th) to grab coffee, sporting an absolutely ludicrous disguise that he can’t possibly have hoped would convince anybody.
Fans quickly took pictures and clips of the singer as he waited around for his coffee. Eventually, he seemed to drop the act and asked passers-by “does this look real?”

In fairness, he has not enjoyed very good luck in his public encounters of late, which might explain the attempted disguise. On one occasion in Norway last month, he was videoed telling his own fans “you guys suck”.
Before that, in Germany, a particularly overzealous Belieber decided to physically grab him. “The man was trying, but failing, to get Justin’s attention all night and once they came face-to-face he decided to lunge at the singer,” as an onlooker described the incident.

Bieber plays two gigs in Arnhem in the Netherlands this weekend as his Purpose world tour is set to roll into Britain and Ireland next week. He plays the first of four dates at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday (October 11th).
He will also play multiple dates in Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow and Dublin before the tour heads out into mainland Europe, before one more London gig in late November.
The star has performed in Britain once this year, headlining the V Festivals in Staffordshire and Chelmsford in August – though he received strong criticism for his show at the latter from some quarters as many believed he was lip-syncing badly. Bieber later admitted that he was “a little hungover” for the performance.
