Justin Bieber will soon be paying the price for his reckless actions.

The 19 year-old singer will be entering a Miami courtroom in March to determine his fate after being arrested and charged with driving under the influence on January 23rd.

Bieber will also be answering for resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid license.

A Miami-Dade County judge scheduled the trial for the three misdemeanour charges on March 3rd and will be official arraigned on February 14th, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Bieber's attorneys have already filed a written plea of not guilty with the court.

The 'Baby' singer was arrested on a Thursday evening in Miami Beach after local police spotted him partaking in an illegal drag race in a residential area. Bieber was racing against R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff, who was also charged with a DUI.

The 'Believe' hit maker, who was speeding in a rented yellow Lamborghini, was cursing at the police officers on the scene and a toxicology test later discovered that he had traces of marijuana and Xanax in his system.

This isn't the only pending court date Bieber has to worry about.

The pop-star was forced to travel back to his native Canada and turn himself into a Toronto police station to face an assault charge stemming from an incident that occurred last December (2013).

Bieber allegedly assaulted a limo driver after attending a Toronto Maple Leafs game on Dec 29th. The 'Love Me' singer began to physically harm the driver after a dispute occurred over the volume of the radio.

A court date for this legal issue has not yet been announced.
