Justin Bieber's rapper friend Lil Twist has been cleared in a Dui case stemming from last year (13) when he was arrested on suspicion of driving the pop star's car while under the influence of drugs.

Lil Twist, real name Christopher Moore, was driving the Baby hitmaker's Fisker Karma en route to the star's mansion in Calabasas, California when cops pulled over the car for speeding.

The 22 year old was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence (Dui), speeding, failing to stop at a red light and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

However, the Dui case has now been dropped by prosecutors, according to Tmz.com, with the website's editors suggesting the small amount of drugs in his system did not make him legally impaired.

He was reportedly given tickets for the other offences.

Bieber himself still faces a Dui case in Florida following his arrest in Miami Beach in January (14).
