Justin Bieber stayed out all night partying in London.

The 'Boyfriend' singer hit the town hard on Thursday evening (28.02.13) after a sold-out show as part of his Believe tour in Birmingham to celebrate turning 19 today.

The star was spotted entering the Langham hotel in central London at 1am before arriving at celebrity hotspot BLC surrounded by a gaggle of girls, who included his rumoured girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke.

Justin shared his enthusiasm with his fans Twitter, posting: ''gonna chill and get ready for this show. last show as an 18 year old (sic)'' before adding: ''Great show!!! Now gonna go celebrate 19!! Thanks.''

The Canadian heartthrob finished off the night in Lebanese restaurant Shishawi on Edgware Street, where his group ordered a kebab feast and didn't leave until 6am.

The singer - who recently split from Selena Gomez - is allegedly gearing up for his lavish 19th birthday celebrations.

A source told MailOnline: ''Justin wants to celebrate in style and he loves clubbing in London. It's no accident that there's a break in his UK tour which coincides with his birthday.''

Justin has a budget of £10,000 and is thought to have chosen kitsch club Cirque Du Soir for the big bash.
