The supposed plot to kill Justin Bieber has just gotten a whole lot more real, as previously witheld information into the lengths the prison inmate and his two fugitive cohorts went to try and kill young Bieber has been released to the press.
According to a police report, given to ABC News, Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility inmate Dana Martin came up with the plot to kidnap, castrate and murder the teen star before he was due to go on stage in New York. Martin is currently serving a 978 year sentence for the murder and rape of a 15-year-old girl in 2000 and had asked his former cellmate and friend in Vermont Mark Staake, and Staake's nephew Tanner Ruane, to carry out the kidnap and murder for him.
Luckily for Bieber, his would be murderers aren't the sharpest tools in the box and as well as discussing the would-be crime at length over a monitored phone-line, Staake and Ruane made a wrong turn on their way down to New York, ending up at the Canadian border where they were arrested by border control agents.
In case you were wondering whether it was a typo, yes, the three did intend to castrate Bieber (and his bodyguard) too, as the audio clip reveals. In one clip you can hear Ruane say: “We went and bought the hedge clippers. You’re gonna give me 5 large ($5,000) for each one I get.” People talk about how Justin has a high voice now but that would just be ridiculous.
All three now face two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery each.
