The man known for taking his shirt off for no apparent reason - whenever he feels like it - was parading around the London streets without so much as a thread on his back last night (March 2, 2013). The soon-to-be 19-year-old was celebrating his impending birthday by showing off his considerably bulkier frame in the capital, though it's shaping up to be a busy couple of days for the Canadian superstar.

For reasons unknown, Justin thought it best to travel all the way back to London after the concert, meeting up with rumored new girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke before hitting a couple of London hangouts. With a couple of friends, the pair headed to Edgware Road at 5am, munching on kebabs in a Lebanese restaurant until 6am, according to the UK's Daily Mail

Biebs is reportedly planning to continue the celebrations with a circus-themed birthday bash at a secret London venue tonight, rumored to be Amika, the stylish Kensington club where he partied after the BRIT Awards last week. On that evening, he also frequented the members-only British Luxury London Club at 4am. "Great show!!! Now gonna go celebrate 19!! Thanks," he tweeted after last night's show at Birmingham's NIA.
