Justin Bieber appears to be going into free-fall, Lindsay Lohan style. Though the 19-year-old made fun of Twitter users, and Lindsay, when the comparison was last brought up, he’s beginning to creep into the headlines on a daily basis for some stupid stunt or another. This week, he decided to walk shirtless through a Polish airport in minus 10 degree temperatures before immediately getting into a confrontation with a neighbour upon his return to California.

According to TMZ.com, Bieber has been driving at speeds approaching 100mph in his quiet neighbourhood, endangering children and dogs. A man confronted him this week, saying he was driving “unbelievably recklessly” in his Ferrari through the gated community in Calabasas. The man – whose primary hobby is racing cars – told cops he was upset because Bieber had been burning rubber around the neighbourhood before 9am, while his wife was out walking the dog.

He also says there were plenty of kids out playing in the street because of the spring break and that Justin was putting the entire neighbourhood at risk. The singer’s security team had claimed the man was upset at parties thrown at his house while he was in Europe, though sources say this was fabricated.

L.A. County Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore says the accuser told deputies Justin made physical contact with him during the heated argument and has subsequently filed a battery report. He claims Justin threatened him, though other sources presumably from the Bieber camp say he merely told the man to get off his property.

Whatever the outcome of this particular investigation, Justin Bieber is struggling to keep up his clean-cut image, though isn’t anywhere near controversial enough to play the bad-boy. Well, we're sure One Direction will be ready and waiting to hose up any disillusioned fans.
