Pop Superstar Justin Bieber Is One Step Closer To Fulfilling The Terms Of His Probation For A 2014 Vandalism Charge After Completing His Anger Management Course.
The Boyfriend hitmaker received the punishment last summer (14) as part of a plea deal with prosecutors, six months after he was accused of hurling eggs at a former neighbour's property in a gated community in Calabasas, California.
The singer, who pleaded no contest to a count of misdemeanour vandalism, has yet to complete the community service part of his sentence, but he has signed up to work for five days with a South Los Angeles group to improve its facilities, according to a progress report submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Anita Dymant on Monday (11May15).
Bieber's lawyer is due to return to court for another update on 3 August (15).
The singer will remain on probation until 2016. He settled the $80,000 (£50,000) in restitution he was ordered to pay his victim, Jeff Schwartz, last year (14) and has since moved out of the area, but his legal woes aren't over - Schwartz is suing the star for the emotional distress caused by the 21 year old's bad behaviour.
