He's no longer on probation for his infamous vandalism charge, but that isn't stopping Justin Bieber continuing to complain about the egg throwing incident of 2014. Now he's apparently demanding his former neighbours to undergo mental health evaluations to prove they are still suffering the after-effects of living near the popstar.

Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz's Calabases house was the victim of an egg attack from Justin Bieber in July 2014; an incident they claim left them emotionally and physically distressed. It's been two years now, Bieber has finished his probation for vandalism and wants to put the past behind him, but the Schwartzes claim they are continuing to suffer despite no longer having the 'Sorry' hitmaker as a neighbour.

According to TMZ, Bieber wants them to submit to mental evaluations to legitimize their complaints, which include claims of ongoing head and stomach aches, as well as insomnia. It's a fair enough suggestion, though psychosomatic pain and mental distress can't always be proven by a psychiatrist. The judge has yet to rule on the request.

It's unclear what the Schwartzes have to gain by continuing their attack on Bieber; he's served his sentence already and allegedly was let off of probation early for good behaviour. He completed five days of community service at a homeless shelter, performing mainly janitorial work, and he paid approximately $80,000 in damages to his former neighbours, as well as agreeing to anger management counselling.

Bieber hasn't had any legal troubles since 2014 either - a year which also saw him arrested for DUI, assault and dangerous driving - and he has repeatedly claimed over the last two years that he has changed. Of course, there was that scuffle in Cleveland last month, but no evidence to suggest he wasn't provoked following the NBA finals. Overall he appears to be behaving himself. Maybe it really is time to give the troubled star a break.
