Has the 21 year old turned over a new leaf following his recent run-ins with the law?
Justin Bieber has admitted that his ‘bad boy’ behaviour did get a little out of control in recent years, confessing to "rebelling a little bit,” in an interview with Seventeen magazine. The ‘Baby’ singer has made headlines thanks to his numerous run-ins with the law over the past year and he's currently on probation after pleading no contest to a count of misdemeanour vandalism.
Justin is ready to own up to his mistakes.
"I was getting cockier and cockier. I didn't have people to check me. I looked back and I was disappointed in myself,” Bieber admitted to the mag. "You have to own up to the mistakes. You have to say, I'm sorry if I've let you down.”

"I turned a lot of people off over the past few years, but I know I can still turn out good music and turn everything all around. I’ve lost some of my best qualities. For that, I am sorry. I always want to be honest and let people know that those mistakes aren't who I am," he added. "Who I am is someone who really cares about people.”
Bieber also spoke about his love life, saying he’s ready for a relationship after splitting with on-again-off-again love Selena Gomez, "I need healthy relationships with people I can feel safe with," he said. "People I can say whatever to, and I'm not going to be judged.

As for what he’s looking for in a girlfriend, Bieber says he wants someone who's confident in herself, honest and is also very attractive. Recently the singer has been romantically linked to models Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin, but has insisted he’s ‘just friends’ with both ladies.
For now Justin is just trying to move on with his life and not get bothered by everything he reads on the internet. "For a while, I was busy looking at my Instagram likes, and if a post didn't get a certain amount, I was like, 'Aw, they don't like the photo,'" he said. "But there's always a choice: You can let Instagram or stuff on the Internet affect your day, or you can choose to not be bothered by it."
