You don’t usually think of Jennifer Lopez as a particularly risqué performer, but the diva and mother of two apparently managed to anger heaps of parents with her performance on Tuesday’s Britain’s got talent. A number of viewers wrote to the A spokesperson from Ofcom, Britain's version of the Parents Television Council, confirmed the watchdog organization "received complaints" about Lopez's outfit, and suggestive dance, The Daily Mail reports.

The problem apparently was mainly Lopez’s outfit – a leather-like black leotard, matching black feather boa and thigh-high black boots. She was obviously channeling her inner S&M queen, but there was no flashing or questionable behavior to speak of, so it’s doubtful whether the parents have anything to hold against her. But apparently the age of the angry letter hasn’t ended with the decline of letter-writing in general.

Obviously the diva’s outfit was enough to generate a bout of angry social media posts instead. The gyrating probably didn’t help either. It was so distracting apparently, that it even eclipsed the debut of Lopez’s new single "Live It Up," was complete with flashing lights, fire and smoke. Right now all that people seem to be able to talk about are Lopez’s... well... lady bits. If we’ve learned anything from past Ofcom “scandals”, these things at least tend to die down quickly.

Apparently, Jenny from the block has become controvercial all of a sudden.
