The iconic artists will all take to the stage at the two-day event which will take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas this September.
Other acts on the line-up include Grammy Award winner Sam Smith, chart-topping British band Coldplay, rapper Lil Wayne and Diplo.
The fifth edition of the annual event - which has previously been headlined by Sir Paul McCartney, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Sir Elton John and Lady GaGa - will also feature electronic music duo Disclosure, country star Blake Shelton, 'Girls On Film' hitmakers Duran Duran, rockers Fall Out Boy, R&B musician Jason Derulo and singer/songwriter The Weeknd.
As well as the slew of huge names, Ryan Seacrest has been announced as the host for the event - which runs from September 18 to 19 - with the concert set to be televised in two specials later in September.
As well as the arena performers, other acts will appear at the festival's Daytime Village including Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Hozier, James Bay, George Ezra, Tove Lo, Trey Songz, Walk the Moon, Big Sean, Lee Brice, Tori Kelly, Echosmith, The Struts, Zella Day and Shawn Mendes.
