James Gandolfini has left the majority of his $70million estate to his children.
The late 'Sopranos' star - who died of a heart attack in Italy
last month - has 13-year-old Michael with his first wife Marcy Wudarski and an eight-month-old daughter, Liliana, with Deborah Lin whom he married in 2008 and both children are set to inherit James' Italian property.
The New York Post reports a will dated December 19 was filed on Tuesday (02.07.13) in Manhattan Surrogate's Court in which James arranged for Micheal to inherit the estate through a trust which will be set aside for when he turns 21.
Michael will then split his father's Italian property with his half-sister when she turns 25.
In James' 17 page will he urged his children to keep the estate in the family for as long as possible.
He wrote: ''It is my hope and desire that they will continue to own said property and keep it in our family for as long as possible.''
Michael will also get his father's clothing and jewelry and first refusal on buying James' Greenwich Street property in the West Village, New York City.
James also left millions to Deborah, $500,000 for each of his nieces and $200,000 each to his personal assistant and secretary.
In addition, James owned a $1.1 million home in New Jersey, and a $7 million penthouse at the Fairchild Building in New York City.
