James Blunt has reportedly got married.

The 'Bonfire Heart' hitmaker, 40, has tied the knot with Sofia Wellesley at a small chapel in Campanet, Mallorca, the Sunday Express newspaper reports.

The singer proposed to the blonde beauty, who is the granddaughter of the Duke of Wellington, last December following a year of dating after his sister Daisy introduced them to one another in 2012.

A source said previously: ''Everyone is talking about it. We were sort of expecting it but it is still great news.''

The 'You're Beautiful' hitmaker previously admitted he feels ''lucky'' to have Sofia as his girlfriend because she is so understanding and supportive of his career.

He said at the time: ''I'm very happy at the moment with Sofia. It takes a strong person to be able to deal with somebody working in music.

''It's hard when you're with somebody and you become embroiled in something just because you were seen standing next to someone else. It takes a tough person to deal with that and I'm lucky to have her.''
