The 25-year-old singer - who was catapulted into the spotlight after winning talent contest 'X Factor' last year - has a collaboration with the Scottish singer called 'Roses', which will appear on his self-titled debut.
Elsewhere he has another track where he teams up with Chasing Grace named 'Certain Things' and the album also includes lead single 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You', which will be released on October 20 through Syco Music.
James has been busy in the studio all year and previously said he was having difficultly choosing what tracks to feature on the album.
He tweeted his fans: ''Work on this album is well and truly underway.. So many songs!!! Gunna be a selection problem! Good problem to have #LOVE.''
James has also revealed the cover of his album, which shows him looking down while wearing a denim shirt and exposing his tattooed sleeves.
The star - who got an tattoo of King Arthur by artist Kevin Paul earlier this year, which was later joined by an inking of a queen - shows off his intricate body art on the record sleeve, include roses embedded in vines and a man strumming a guitar.
The album will be released on November 4.
