Jack Nicholson is reportedly selling his 4.25m Malibu home after owning it for over 30 years.
Jack Nicholson is thought to be selling his Malibu home for $4.25 million.
The 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest' actor bought the 70-acre site in 1977 and has now put it on the market, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Included on the luxury estate is a ranch-style main house, tennis court, putting green, swimming pool and grotto-style spa.
In the main living quarters, which has 2,313 square feet of space and mountain and ocean views, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a maid's quarters.
Jack might be wanting to move to find room for his ever-growing art collection, with a old pal of the veteran star once saying he is "obsessed" with paintings.
Allegra Huston - the half-sister of Jack's ex-girlfriend actress Anjelica Huston - said: "He collected paintings to the point of obsession.
"Jack bought so many paintings that they soon overflowed the wall space and had to be stacked against the walls of the Garfunkel Suite, as the maid's room was known.
"Eventually, the room was so full of stored paintings, that there was no room for Garfunkel to stay anymore."
A representative for the 73-year-old actor declined to comment on whether he is selling the property.
